Art Marathon 2011 for Peace and Diversity 2011 - Official Invitation

GREAT  WORLD CONCERT! MARATHON FOR THE PEACE AND DIVERSITY
YOU ARE INVIETED!

Dear Artist.

Let´s make a network  and make two full rounds to the Earth, lets dip thousands and thousands of brothers and sisters witha sling of tolerance and diversity. If youre an artist of any genre and you want gift some hours of your life to the humanity, we invite you to join the  World Concert Marathon for the  Peace and Diversity
2011.

The live event is schedule for january 15 and 16 2011, it will happen in many cities around the world using as the principal plataform the virtual world of Second Life,  social networks and an radio network over internet.

We are in full organization, so, all ideas and sugestions  can be adressed to maratonarte2011@gmail.com. If you wanna be part of our production team or help at the live event, please contact personaly to Wara Ysabel on Second Life.

¿WHY WE DO THIS?
Because we think is possible to transmit positive energy. Because we think the union is possible, not just by taking our hands, but joining our oices and approaching our souls, despite the material barriers. Because we think that the true value of globalization is in the richness of diversity of the human cultures. Because we think that the Art is the bigeest expression of the soul, strong and sincere, raising ideas and empowering our lifes. Because we know  that only the unity will bring true peace.

¿HOW CAN YOU  PARTICIPATE?
IF youre an artist, innate poet, reciter of vocation, singer, guitar performer, if you play some typical musical instrument of your country or some classic modern instrument. If you like read stories, recite, sing, perform a monologue... if you paint or create sculptures you are invited to join  us in this network that will go arround the world. ¿HOW THE EVENT WILL BE DEVELOP?
We are taking Second Life as the plataform of the event. There will be our virtual stage and the artists will participate from the virtual world. The event  wiil be heard and seen on internet in live.
Each asrtist will have about 20 mins for read a story, recite, sing... we hope look forward with enough performers to cover 48 hours of uninterrupted art.
If you paint or sculpt you may send you a pict of your creation to maratonarte2011@gmail.comincluding your name (RL and/or SL) and a phrase about pece, unity, diversity, etc.
