MARATÓN ARTE, PAZ Y DIVERSIDAD 2011
PRESENTACIÓN
El Maratón Arte 2011 Paz y Diversidad es un evento mundial en el que, los días 15 y 16 de enero de 2011, cientos de artistas de decenas de países del mundo, nos uniremos y durante 48 horas enviaremos un mensaje de Paz y Unidad en la Diversidad al mundo entero.Este evento tendrá como plataforma el mundo virtual Second Life.
El Maratón Arte es un evento privado, no afiliado a organización alguna, alineado a ninguna tendencia política o religiosa y en su política de independencia y desprendimiento otorga algunos salarios temporales patareas auxiliares.
DESARROLLO DEL EVENTO
1) El Maratón Arte, Paz y Diversidad se llevará a cabo los días 15-16 de enero. Durante estos dos días se realizarán diferentes eventos, (conciertos, lecturas literarias, exposición de artes plásticas…).
SECCIÓN DE ARTES PLÁSTICAS
En relación a las obras y textos presentados y seleccionados se realizarán los eventos que se señalan a continuación:
A) PINTURA
a) La temática de las obras es de carácter totalmente libre, aunque la dirección de este evento invita a los artistas a que, a ser posible, envíen obras con temas relacionados con este evento.
b) Serán expuestos en el terreno de la SIM a partir del día 13 de enero de 2011.
c) Los días 15 y 16 de enero de 2011, se mostrarán las obras y se leerán los textos en el transcurso de los diferentes actos que se realizarán, mencionando el nombre del autor.
d) A partir del 16 de enero y hasta el 28 de febrero del presente año, comenzará la exposición itinerante por museos y galerías Second Life.
e) Obras, textos y autoría se difundirán en el blog oficial.
f) En relación a aquellas galerías y museos que tengan sede en Second Life, se citará el lugar de ubicación de estos aunque, al ser este un evento sin fines lucrativos y de carácter altruista, no podrá aparecer ningún logotipo.
g) El plazo de admisión de las obras, que se reciban en el correo electrónico del MUSEO KARURA ART CENTRE, (MKAC), finaliza el día del día 10 de enero del presente año a las 12,00 h, (hora española).
h) La recepción de las obras, así como su participación en la Maratón de Arte, Paz y Diversidad, será confirmada por la dirección del MUSEO KARURA ART CENTRE, (MKAC), a través de un e-mail.
B) FOTOGRAFÍA
Regirán los mismos requisitos de la sección de pintura.
C) ESCULTURA
Regirán los mismos requisitos de la sección de pintura, exceptuando el de la entrega de las obras que se, en este caso, se realizará enviándosela a ina Karura.
Se confirmará la recepción de la escultura presentada a través de IM.
PARTICIPACIÓN DE ARTISTAS.
Para participar en la Maratón Arte, Paz y Diversidad 2011 se deberán seguir los siguientes requisitos:
1) Enviar la imagen de una obra, y una frase relacionada con la temática de la Maratón, (Paz, Diversidad, Unidad…), al correo electrónico del MUSEO KARURA ART CENTRE, (MKAC): karuramuseo@hotmail.com
2) El formato de la imagen ha de ser en JPG.
3) En el e-mail anterior ha de constar el permiso del artista para exhibir la obra en la Maratón Arte, Paz y Diversidad 2011.
MUSEOS Y GALERÍAS DE SECOND LIFE
Aquellas entidades museísticas y culturales interesadas en acoger la exposición itinerante, deberán escribir al correo electrónico del MUSEO KARURA ART CENTRE, (MKAC), manifestando dicho interés, el nombre del propietario y la dirección del museo o galería antes del día 8 de enero de 2011.
Las entidades museísticas o culturales seleccionadas, se comprometen a exhibir las obras un mínimo de 7 días.
PROPIEDAD DE LAS OBRAS
La propiedad intelectual de las obras pertenece al autor de la misma. Éste se limita, únicamente, ha ceder el permiso de exhibición mientras dure dicho evento y la exposición itinerante, (día 28 de febrero de 2011).
UTILIZACIÓN DE LAS IMÁGENES.
La organización de la Maratón Arte, Paz y Diversidad 2011, no utilizará ninguna de las imágenes recibida para otros fines que no sean los de la exposición.
A partir del 28 de febrero de 2011, las obras y textos no podrán ser exhibidas ni divulgados por la organización de la Maratón Arte, Paz y Diversidad 2011.
PUBLICIDAD Y DIVULGACIÓN
Todas la entidades museísticas, culturales, asociaciones o personas particulares…, (sean o no usuarios de Second Life), que divulguen y publiciten en sus webs, blogs… este evento, (y así lo hagan saber a la dirección del MKAC a través de su correo electrónico), figurarán en el blog oficial de Maratón Arte, Paz y Diversidad 2011 y en el del MUSEO KARURA ART CENTRE, (MKAC).

ART MARATHON, PEACE AND DIVERSITY 2011
PRESENTATION
Peace and Diversity Marathon Art 2011 is a worldwide event in which, January 15 and 16 2011, hundreds of artists from dozens of countries around the world will join us for 48 hours and send a message of Peace and Unity in Diversity throughout the world.
These events will platform the virtual world Second Life.
Marathon Art is a private event, not affiliated with any organization, aligned to any political or religious in its policy of independence and detachment gives some temporary salaries for auxiliary tasks.
DEVELOPMENT EVENT
1) The Art Marathon, Peace and Diversity will be held on 15-16 January. During these two days will be different events (concerts, literary readings, exhibitions of visual arts...).
VISUAL ARTS SECTION
In relation to the works and texts and selected events will be held as indicated below:
a) The subject of the work is of a completely free, although the direction of this event invites artists to, if possible, send works with themes related to this event.
b) will be exposed in the field of the SIM from the day January 13, 2011.
c) January 15 and 16, 2011, will display the works and texts will be read during the various events to be held, stating the name of the author.
d) From January 16 until February 28 this year, will begin traveling exhibition galleries, museums and Second Life.
e) Works, texts and authorship will be broadcast on the official blog.
f) In relation to those galleries and museums that are based in Second Life, citing the place of location of these though, as this is a non-profit event and altruistic, may not appear in any logo.
g) The deadline for submission of works received in the email MUSEUM Karura Art Centre (MKAC), ends on the January 10th of this year at 12.00 pm (Spanish time).
h) The receipt of the work, and their participation in the Marathon of Art, Peace and Diversity, will be confirmed by the direction of the Museum Karura Art Centre (MKAC), through an e-mail.
PARTICIPATION OF ARTISTS
To participate in the Marathon Art, Peace and Diversity 2011 will be followed by the following criteria:
1) Send the image of a work, and a sentence related to the theme of the marathon,(Peace, Diversity, Unity ...), email MUSEUM Karura Art Centre (MKAC) karuramuseo@hotmail.com
2) The image format must be in JPG.
3) In the previous e-mail must include the artist's permission to display the work in the Marathon Art, Peace and Diversity 2011.
MUSEUMS AND GALLERIES OF SECOND LIFE
Museum and cultural entities interested in hosting the exhibition, they should write to email the MUSEUM Karura Art Centre (MKAC), stating that interest, the owner's name and address of museum or gallery before the date January 8, 2011.
Museums and cultural institutions selected, undertake to exhibit works at least 7 days.
OWNERSHIP OF WORK
The intellectual property belongs to the author works the same. This is limited only has give permission to display the duration of the event and exhibition (February 28, 2011).
USE OF THE IMAGES.
The organization of the Marathon Art, Peace and Diversity 2011, shall not use any of the images received for purposes other than those of the exhibition.
As of February 28, 2011, works and texts will not be displayed or released by the organization of the Marathon Art, Peace and Diversity 2011.
ADVERTISING AND DISCLOSURE
All entities museums, cultural centers, associations or individuals, (whether or not users of Second Life), disclose and advertise on their websites, blogs ... this event(and thus make them known to the direction of MKAC through its e-mail), contained in the official blog of Arts Marathon, Peace and Diversity in 2011 and Karura MUSEUM ART CENTRE, (MKAC).
